So, you may or may not have noticed, but I'm on a bit of a freezer meal kick these days; I just love the simplicity that comes with it and being able to have delicious meals at my fingertips - even on weeknights. But if you're not interested in the whole freezer meal deal, you can
also marinate this for 30 minutes (when you get home from work) or
overnight (putting it in the fridge before you go to bed). I have adapted this delicious recipe, from Once a Month Mom, here, and she adapted it from this Recipe Girl recipe, here. This is seriously so easy and is the perfect summer weeknight meal. I promise you will not be disappointed!
