Good Morning and happy Tuesday! Today, I want to show you the wrap-up of a fun project I have been working on, but before I do, I want to share with you some fun changes taking place here at Forever and a Recipe!
Tomorrow afternoon, my new blog design will officially go live and I cannot wait for you to see it! I absolutely love the entire design and I think you will too! To go along with this, I am officially introdcuing Forever and a Recipe's Facebook page! You can find it here, so please head on over and check it out! While you're there, you'll see a sneak peek of the new logo and I'd love it if you "Liked" the page! Finally, I have updated my Twitter handle, so now you can find me at @ForeverRecipe. If you already follow me, nothing will change in your feed, but if you don't, I'd love for you to start!
Although April is almost over, I finally, finally, wrapped up my 30 Days of Lists Project (yes, the one I introduced to you here). I realize that this seems like it took me almost 60 days to complete this project, but I mostly kept up with each day (sometimes doing a couple of days at a time). When I was done, I wanted to find a way to keep my collection of lists and, today I want to share with you my 30 Lists Minibook.
Using this tutorial that I found on Pinterest, I was able to easily create this fun book. Charlie, at Barnum's Winter, gave an incredible tutorial for how to make this and so I won't show you here (her step-by-step instructions are too perfect), but, I did add a ribbon to mine after I realized that the book was sticking open a bit. To solve this problem, I grabbed my minibook, a hole punch, and some pretty ribbon.
I punched a hole about halfway down on each side and then, using my string, looped through, pulled it together, and tied a pretty bow.
I loved this project and while I won't share all of them with you, here are a few of my favorite lists:
List #7: I am inspired by... love, my parents, Josh and our future, beauty. List #8: I need to say no to... bad habits, creating my own stress, toxic situations, negativity. |
