Good Morning! I hope you're all having a great long weekend (so far) - for those of you with long weekends, and for those of you back to work today - I hope it's an easy Monday! Josh and I are enjoying a lazy day off and might go see a movie or run some errands. I'm just stopping in today to share with a great crock pot recipe that I discovered through Pinterest: Ranch House Pork Chops with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes, originally from Picky Palate. Except that we turned ours into Ranch House Pork Chops with Chicken Flavored RiceSides.
All you need to make this is a packet of ranch seasoning, a can of cream of chicken soup, and a packet of pork chops!
Set your crock pot for 4 hours on high (or 6 hours on low, if you'd prefer). When finished, serve over rice, veggies, or even mashed potatoes.
This was so easy and inexpensive to put together - and it was delicious! Definitely a keeper recipe! I hope you enjoy the rest of today and have a happy President's Day!

ReplyDeleteI am not a fan of ranch at all but the rest of the family is, so I made this last week and it was so good I'm making it again tonight...so yummy!!
ReplyDeleteJust dump the soup or add water as directed by soup?
ReplyDeleteHi Matt! Don't use any extra water - only the soup and the dry ranch packet mixed together. Hope this helps!
DeleteTried this tonight and it's absolutely delicious!
ReplyDeleteDid the recipe, mine came out looking like soup than a meaty dinner, did I forget milk or something?
ReplyDeleteDid you use anything other than the soup and ranch packet in with the pork chops? You shouldn't add anything else - that will make it soupy. I hope this helps!
DeleteI wonder if this recipe would work with chicken breast too?
ReplyDeleteHello! I don't see why it wouldn't - and I bet it would be delicious! If you try it, please let me know how it turns out!
DeleteDo you have to use a crock pot for this or can you just cook it stove top?
