Recipe: Brie Bundles

Are you ready for my new favorite appetizer - perfect for the holiday season, wine parties & the Super Bowl?

A little messy looking - but still super delicious!
The Sunday before Thanksgiving, I made these for my Friendsgiving get together with my favorite fantasy football ladies. They were a delicious appetizer and easy to make - and they were just about gone before anything else.

All you need to make these are puff pastry sheets, a wedge of brie cheese, blackberry jam, and some flour for dusting the countertop when you lay out the puff pastry.

I don't have specific measurements for you on this recipe, because it really depends on taste, but I used about 1 tsp of blackberry jam for each bundle, as well as a slice of brie for each one.

After rolling out the puff pastry,  I cut each sheet into 9 squares. Then I put one slice of brie on each and a dollop of blackberry jam.

After each bundle has been filled, fold in each side and press the edges together to form the bundle.

After 15 minutes in the oven at 400 degrees - brie and blackberry perfection was ready to be enjoyed!

You can easily make these up to 24 hours ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator until you're ready to bake them. Do you have a favorite go to party appetizer? I'd love to hear about it if you do!
