Cleansing

As of right now, I'm one breakfast smoothie into a two-day cleanse. Trust me, I know I have a long way to go - but I am so excited about this awesome cleanse that I wanted to share it with you as I was doing it, and not after.

The cleanse, from Women's Health, was shown to me by the fabulous Alissa from The Adored Life. She asked if I'd be willing to make the 2-day sacrifice health commitment with her and I told her I was in!

For the cleanse, my breakfast berry choices are blueberry and raspberry (I had blueberries this morning, and switching tomorrow), and my protein choice is chicken - mostly because it's easy to deal with and super versatile. I also did not add cocoa powder to my smoothie this morning and will not be dipping anything for my afternoon snack - although I might try the dip tomorrow. I also picked up some organic green tea from Trader Joe's that I am excited to try with my cucumber slices in an hour!
