Recipe: Ranch Garlic Chicken

Good Morning and Happy Thursday! Today, I want to share with you our most recent freezer meal success - ranch garlic chicken! I got the original recipe from Fabulessly Frugal and followed it closely, except for the added basting instruction. This was a big hit, and I'm looking forward to eating the second batch soon!

All you need to make this (for two batches), are the following ingredients: 6 breasts of chicken, 2 packages Ranch dressing packets, 2 cups of milk, 2 cups of mayonaisse, 4-5 cloves of garlic, and salt and pepper.

First, season your chicken with sprinklings of salt and pepper.

Then, mix 1 cup of milk and 1 dressing packet together. Then, mix that in the freezer bags with 1 cup of mayonnaise with 2 1/2 diced garlic cloves.

Add the chicken to the bags and mix well.

Lay flat and remove as much air as possible before putting in the freezer to set.

When ready to cook, remove the night before to thaw fully. Then, cook the chicken for 30 minutes at 350 degrees in a greased pan.

Serve with broccoli (or another side) and enjoy!

I really am loving this freezer cooking! It's keeping our grocery trips at a minimum and makes weeknight dinners a little bit less time consuming. Have you been making any freezer meals? Loving it as much as I am? I'd love to hear about it!
