Sunday Drive {Log Cabins}

Welcome to Forever and a Recipe! New here? You can check out some of my projects and recipes through the links above, and you can read all about me and the blog in the About Me section! Want to know what the Sunday Drive series is all about? Check out this post. If you'd like to see more Sunday Drives, you can click through the tag at the bottom of the post. Thanks for stopping by!

This time of year, as the weather turns colder and the Thanksgiving holiday marks the kickoff of a new season, the colder weather has me wanting to curl up under a large blanket with a pile of books and some hot cocoa. And I cannot think of a more inviting place to do this, than a beautiful log cabin. Won't you join me for this Sunday Drive?

Oh my gosh, they are all stunning! I am torn between the 1st and the 5th cabins for my favorite. I love the cozy feel of this fifth one, and the style (and ohmygosh the front doors) and the first one - can I just combine the two? Which one is your favorite? And do log cabins make you think about Lincoln Logs too? They were one of my favorite childhood toys!

Don't forget that the {simply thanksgiving} series is going through this Thursday! You can find the links to all of the posts here - I hope you have been enjoying it as much as I have!

  1. These log cabins are more like log mansions! The exterior and landscape layout is phenomenal, including a great fire pit. Do you have any interior pictures?

  2. I wonder how much one of these log homes would cost, they look absolutely amazing.
